No additives have been used in the production of this wine. Sulfite free.
100% natural.
Elaboration by the “black chard” method, oxidizing the must obtained from pressing. Fermentation and aging in ceramic eggs of 700 liters and French barrels of more than 5 wines. Bottled without filtering or clarifying.

Chachacha wine quality

From our land parcel called “La Casa Alarcón”, a dry vineyard with low yields, we get highly concentrated grapes.

Made using the “black chard” method and fermented with wild yeasts.

After remaining four months on the lees in ceramic egg and barrel, a fresh, very broad, aromatic wine is obtained, with great personality and great aging potential.

No additives have been used during production, it may contain natural sediments and natural crystallizations.
