Elaboration
No additives have been used in the production of this wine. Sulfite free.
100% natural.
Alcoholic fermentation with autochthonous yeasts from the vineyard.
Oxygenation, pumping over and sinking the hat by hand daily for color extraction. Aging for 10-12 months in used 400-litre French oak.
Bottled without filtering or clarifying.

From our vineyards of the oldest vines we have chosen the La Serratilla plot to make our Bobal by hand.
The fermentation, with its own yeasts and six months in the barrel, enhances and preserves all the aromas and flavors.
During the elaboration no additives have been used, it may contain natural sediments.
