It is one of our youngest vineyards planted in 2007.
The work in the vineyard and its “double arched guyot” method of grape vines allow us to achieve very balanced grapes in such a warm area.
We make different wines from this plot: Chachacha, El Ardachero and an Ancestral.
After years, proper pruning and a lot of work in the vineyard, we get very balanced and healthy grapes.
